Chalet Nicole  

Managed by Morzine Ski Holidays, Chalet Nicole is a charming alpine retreat located approximately 5 kilometers from Morzine, nestled below the hamlet of Côte d’Arbroz and above the village of Essert Romand. This standalone chalet spans three floors and accommodates up to 12 guests in four en-suite  bedrooms, two twins and two triples plus one twin sofa bed offering you a high standard of comfort and privacy.  

The main floor features a spacious L-shaped lounge with an open fireplace, underfloor heating, and ample seating, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. An open-plan, well-equipped kitchen and dining area provide the perfect setting for communal meals. Additional amenities include a heated boot dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and on-site parking.  

Situated on a hillside, Chalet Nicole offers stunning views over the valley floor and surrounding peaks, including Nantaux, Super Morzine, and Ressachaux. Its location requires a 10-minute drive to Morzine or the nearby ski lifts. Guests are advised to have a car for convenience, though a drop-off and pick-up service to the slopes is available upon request for an additional charge.  

The chalet is available for both self-catered and fully catered stays, with flexible arrival and departure days during low season and summer months. Fully catered bookings include daily slope transfers. Nearby amenities in Essert Romand include a cozy bar/restaurant and a pizza takeaway, with a Carrefour hypermarket located just below the village.

Booking Conditions

• Balance payable in full 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date
• Chalet bookings are from Sunday to Sunday
• Check in time is 15.00 pm / Check out time is 10.00am – please be aware of this when booking your flights
• Please note that our prices do not include airport transfers, these can be arranged for you at a charge of £75 per person return. alternatively, you are more than welcome to organize your own transfers.
• Please note that a 175 EURO end of stay cleaning charge is required, payable on arrival at the chalet. (this charge only applies to self catered booking) 
• Daily slope transfers runs cost 50 euros per day if required, for up to 8 people, this is for 2 runs, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening after skiing,
• paid for in cash once you are in the resort.
